Where it came from

From a passion for pushing boundaries

Peak Residences was born out of a passion for pushing boundaries, both in life and in investment. I run a premium real estate agency operating across the entire United Arab Emirates, from Ras Al Khaimah through Dubai to Abu Dhabi.

I combine precision, determination and vision, the same qualities that define my second great passion: extreme sport. I chose the premium segment because it’s the market where the numbers hold up. I don’t sell everything. I sell what I would buy myself.

In the mountains you don’t improvise. You check the forecast, the gear, yourself, and you turn back when the data says no. I run due diligence the same way. I don’t buy on emotion, I buy on numbers.

A decision at the summit has real consequences. When a deal gets tense, I keep a cool head. Because you’re the one who should sleep soundly, not me.

The long distance

A marathon is won by pace, not by a sprint. So is an investment. I play for your capital over 5–10 years, not for my quick commission.

No compromises

A summit or a finish line can’t be faked. Neither will I sell you a story. I’ll tell you plainly when something is a poor investment, even if it costs me the deal.

Why “Peak”

The name is no coincidence. It’s inspired by the highest mountains on earth.

Symbols of ambition, resilience and the pursuit of excellence. Each of them reminds me of the same thing: limits exist only to be surpassed. That is exactly how I approach working with you.

    First I listen: why you’re buying (yield, status, residency, diversification), your budget, your horizon. I match the asset to you, not the other way around.

    Selection and data

    You get a shortlist, not a catalogue. Every entry with numbers: price, real net yield, supply risk, liquidity.

    Due diligence and the deal

    I check the developer, the contract, the payment plan, the escrow and the DLD registration. For a remote purchase I guide you through the powers of attorney step by step.

Before you ask

Is Dubai a bubble?

Part of the market is indeed overheating (mass-market apartments in oversupplied districts). The premium segment I work in behaves differently: limited supply, end-user demand, greater price resilience. I’ll show you the numbers and the risks of a specific investment, not blanket optimism.

How do I buy safely from abroad?

The whole process can be done without you being present: a power of attorney, the developer’s escrow, ownership registration at the DLD. I guide you through every document, and there’s no step you don’t understand.

Do you only work in Dubai?

I work across the premium market of the entire United Arab Emirates, from Ras Al Khaimah through Dubai to Abu Dhabi. I match the asset to your goal, not to a single location.

How do you earn?

You pay the same price as the developer. My commission is on their side, not yours. There’s no catch and no margin added to the price.

What are the real costs of buying?

Beyond the price there’s the 4% DLD fee, registration charges and, if needed, rental management. I lay out the full cost of entry before you decide. (Details confirmed per transaction.)

What does the exit look like?

Liquidity depends on the district and the project, which is why I show it as one of the parameters right at the selection stage. I also help with the resale when you decide to exit.
